Located at 95 Concession Street, The Woodshed has been meticulously redesigned to provide a modern workspace infused with rustic charm.
Property Highlights: Upper-level studios consist of ten units ranging from 350 to 450 sq ft, featuring restored wide-plank maple flooring, steel utility sinks, and abundant natural light. Ground-level workshops offer six function-driven studios ranging from 475 to 725 sq ft, each equipped with a drive-in loading door, steel utility sink, and concrete flooring with drainage. Common areas are designed for efficiency and convenience, including dual man-door access points, a drive-in loading door, accessible washrooms, and secure mailboxes.
