Speaker Bio:

Todd McCleave has been with Supply Chain Ontario (SCO) for over four years in the role of Supply Chain Project Lead. During his time in the Communication and Vendor Outreach (CVO) branch, he has been involved in a number of high-profile projects and has supported the vendor community through his work responding to numerous vendor inquiries and through training opportunities on how to do business with the Government of Ontario.

Prior to joining SCO, Todd worked for over three years as a Senior Risk Management Officer in the Risk Management and Insurance Services Branch (RMISB), where he supported the various ministries in relation to their insurance requirements and risk management needs. Todd has also held management roles in RMISB and the Document Solutions and Logistics Branch (DSLB) where he served as the General Manager in the Print and Letter Shop. Prior to coming to government, Todd worked for ten years as a Senior Risk Manager at a boutique risk management firm working as a consultant on multi-billion-dollar infrastructure Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects.
