How to do Business with Queen’s

Queen’s University wants to do business with you!

We’re in the business of offering opportunities in an open, fair, and transparent way to all qualified suppliers in an effort to achieve the best overall value for the university. This session will provide current and potential suppliers with an understanding of the university’s purchasing thresholds, where we post our public opportunities, how to obtain preferred supplier status, registration in our Procure-to-Pay system, along with other helpful information. The session is open to both current and potential suppliers for the university – note, attendance is capped at 65 participants and participants must register in order to attend. Sessions will be offered through the 2024 calendar year and will not be recorded, nor will the slide deck presentation be provided after the sessions.
