Preventing Forced Labor in Your Supply Chains/Compliance
- USCBP continues to increase its efforts to prevent goods made from forced labor from entering the U.S. viaenforcement of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA). This session provides anoverview/guidance for supply chain compliance for goods entering the U.S.
- The CBSA will provide an overview of Canada’s import prohibition on goods mined, manufactured or produced wholly or in part by forced labour.
