The Kingston Young Professionals network is a community of driven and motivated young professionals who are looking to connect, grow and learn from each other. Our goal is to empower young professionals with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to achieve their professional and entrepreneurial goals.

This initiative aims to recognize and honour talented, innovative and inspiring young leaders who are shaping the future of Kingston.

In a city known for its rich history, thriving arts scene and vibrant community, Kingston Young Professionals 40 Under 40 serves as a platform to showcase the incredible talent and diverse accomplishments of our young professionals, entrepreneurs, artists and change-makers. These individuals represent a wide range of fields, including sustainable manufacturing, health innovation, business, technology, education, arts and culture, social services and more.

Kingston Young Professionals 40 Under 40 highlights the exceptional achievements of these young leaders who have demonstrated outstanding dedication, passion and vision in their respective fields. They have not only excelled in their careers but have also make contributions to the betterment of our community through philanthropy and volunteerisms.

Nomination Criteria:

Age Requirement: Nominees must be under the age of 40 as of December 31, 2025
Residency: Nominees must be residents of Kingston or the surrounding area.
Achievements: Nominees should demonstrate outstanding achievements and contributions in their respective fields.
Impact: Nominees should be making a significant positive impact on the community, whether through professional, philanthropic or volunteer efforts.
